Job Summary BolsterBiz seeks a proactive and experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, independence, and a results-driven mindset to support and enhance our e-commerce and logistics operations. Responsibilities • Handle customer queries via email and chat with exceptional professionalism. • Collaborate with manufacturers, couriers, and other stakeholders in our business. • Manage POs, refunds, discounts, inventory, and damage trackers. • Operate Shopify for order management and inventory control. • Assist in creating and refining processes and implementing strategic solutions. • Support online marketing efforts using tools like Canva, Pinterest, and Instagram.
